The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) announces a request for proposals (RFP) for professional services relating to regional transportation planning and travel demand modeling.

SCOG is the metropolitan planning organization and regional transportation planning organization for Skagit County, Washington, and is leading the process to update the regional transportation plan and regional travel demand model. The project is funded primarily through federal funds provided through an agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation. The expected timeframe for the project is 24 months, beginning in July 2024 and extending through June 2026.
