Today's emerging energy crisis means that many individuals and communities are increasing locally produced energy. Explore which plans and codes enable and encourage infrastructure for renewable energy such as wind and solar power. Experienced presenters discuss stumbling blocks including neighborhood opposition and aesthetic concerns. Find out what role neighborhood-scale utilities can play in improving community sustainability.

How does an audio/web conference work?

Registration and Pricing
To attend only the live program, register for Option A.

To train staff members or commissioners who cannot attend the live program, order Option B and receive a CD-ROM of the conference. The CD-ROM contains:

  • Audio recording synchronized with the PowerPoint presentation
  • Transcript of the program
  • Supplemental reading materials

The CD-ROM is mailed to you six to eight weeks after the program. The CD-ROM is Mac and PC compatible.
