Panelists will offer insights from their agency/organization’s perspective on how the legislation contained in MAP-21 will change transportation planning and engineering in our region in terms of project development and delivery, NEPA processes, and funding mechanisms. We will begin by welcoming attendees and introducing the panel. Next will be Andrew Gruber (WFRC) giving a short, big-picture overview of the legislation contained in MAP-21, followed by thoughts on how WFRC will be impacted (15 min. total) Each subsequent panelist will have 15 minutes to speak to the central topic.
