Strategies for Successful Mixed Use DevelopmentLorman Education Serviceslive audio conference, WI Understanding mixed-use development from its core components will provide a solid foundation for the success of a project. This presentation will emphasize strategies including: demographics and locational requirements, special financial considerations including public/private partnerships, the integration of different real estate types, positioning a unique selling proposition, leasing and property management tactics, effective marketing and media relations, sales management methods to maximize tenants’ performance and phasing the project.
