He leads multi-disciplinary teams assisting agencies and communities across the United States master plan, develop corridor and facility alternatives, and engineer & design roadway and recreational pathway facilities.

Theodore A. Petritsch, P.E., P.T.O.E., LCI- Is a Widely-respected roadway and traffic engineer with many years of experience as a both a state DOT engineer and also as a state Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator.
