Forest Service "Planning for Growth and Open Space Conservation" Webinar Series: Session #11: An All Lands Approach to Ecosystem Services - Water Focus

The emergence of ecosystem service markets as a tool for planning and conservation efforts is a growing trend. The U.S. Forest Service is supporting various programs and partnerships across public and private lands to conserve water resources, create markets, and test new protocols. Emily Weidner from the Washington D.C. office will discuss the Forest Service’s Ecosystem Services Program. Then Claire Harper will discuss the Denver Water Partnership in Colorado, and Bob Deal will discuss the Willamette Partnership in the Pacific Northwest.
