The Next 100 Years Video Competition

The 2009 Winner

APA is proud to announce the winners of the 2009 Next 100 Years Video Competition. Congratulations to Michael Lancaster and Catherine P. Walsh from the University of Maryland.

The 2009 Contest

The first hundred years of planning produced improvements in public health, housing, and the environment. APA asked students to create a video that captured their vision for the next 100 years. What milestones will shape the planning movement? What issues will be at the fore?

One video was selected as the overall winner. The student or team of students with the winning entry received a $100 American Express gift card.

Criteria

  • .wmv, .mov, or .mpeg format
  • No longer than 10 minutes
  • Maximum file size 100MB

Eligibility

The Next 100 Years video competition was open to any APA student member or a team of APA student members. Students were welcome to submit more than one video.
