Kansas Planning Conference

November 4–6, 2009
Wichita

Much like our state, which includes everything from rural prairie to urban jungles, the Kansas Planning Conference covers the wide range of issues facing planners in the Sunflower State. Join us in historic Old Town Wichita, recognized by APA as a Great Place in 2008, to refresh your planning skills and network with colleagues. An optional mobile workshop to Greensburg offers the opportunity to learn more about disaster recovery and sustainable planning. We will renew friendships and celebrate planning Thursday evening at the Museum of World Treasures. See you in Wichita!

The 2009 conference takes place from November 4 through 6 at the Hotel at Old Town in Wichita. A diverse group of over 100, including professional planners, planning officials, lawyers, architects, and economic development professionals is expected to attend. The conference is also marketed to prospective attendees from Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, and Colorado, providing our sponsors, advertisers, and exhibitors with even more marketing exposure!

Sponsorships

Conference sponsorships are recognized in the Conference Program and in conference marketing materials. Sponsorship levels include complimentary conference registration, free or discounted advertising, and exhibit space. When you also choose to sponsor a special event or refreshment break, your company name will be prominently displayed. Gold-level sponsors will have the opportunity to address all conference attendees by welcoming everyone to one of the two luncheons. All sponsors will be recognized in the Chapter newsletter following the conference, increasing the visibility of your organization.

Exhibit Areas

Exhibits are located in a high traffic area to increase attendee visits with exhibitors. Exhibitor names are listed in the Conference Program. A limited amount of exhibit space is available and is confirmed on a first come, first served basis!
