Richard Anderson is a nationally recognized association executive and urban planner. An advocate of strategic infrastructure investment and economic development, he has dedicated his career to promoting the long-term growth of America’s foremost urban centers. Previously, Mr. Anderson served as Executive Director of The Dallas Plan, a non-profit group formed to prepare a long-range capital improvements strategy for that city, and as President of the Regional Plan Association, the nation’s oldest metropolitan planning organization serving the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut metropolitan region. He is a founding member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and is a Director of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater New York and the Salvadori Center and a Trustee of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of New York City.

During her 17 years at Forest City, Ms. Gilmartin has played a pivotal role in the creation of civic public/private development. She oversees the company’s most visible and prestigious projects, including the Barclays Center, the new home of the NBA Nets franchise; The Frank Gehry-designed 1.1 million square foot 8 Spruce Street residential project in lower Manhattan, the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere; and the 1.5 million square foot New York Times Building in midtown Manhattan, which was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano and opened in 2007. Ms. Gilmartin has been recognized as a top professional in her field by WX as its 2007 “Woman of the Year” and by Crain's in 2003 as one of its “40 under 40” and in 2007 as one of New York's Most Influential Women and in 2011 as one of New York’s 50 Most Powerful Women.
