The City of Kentwood is seeking proposals from qualified entities for the provision of Parks & Recreation Business Plan consultant services.

The City intends to enter into a contract with the chosen firm in order to develop a Business Plan that will serve as a guide for the City’s parks and recreation programs, operations, and facilities. The Business Plan should encompass community priorities; financial constraints and opportunities; detailed costs of services; and an assessment of facilities and land.

The Business Plan should answer the question: “How do we provide recreation services and programs, and facilities to sup-port those programs, that users want and that we can afford to keep in good condition over the long term?”
