Union County, NC, is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms or teams to update Union County’s existing 2025 Comprehensive Plan focusing on the Land Use Plan element and including the development of a Union County Transportation Plan. A goal of this planning effort is to jointly create the transportation plan in concert with the update of the land use plan element of the 2025 Comprehensive Plan. The Transportation Plan should include the various municipalities within the County to create a County-wide Transportation Plan.
