The Great Falls Chamber of Commerce is accepting proposals to provide a Military Mission Competitive Analysis for the Central Montana Defense Alliance. Scope of work shall include a document review, local leadership interviews, and a ranked listing of mission competitiveness. Responses will require demonstrated experience and understanding of military and homeland security. Specifics on response requirements can be found in the full RFP.
