The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct and complete a Joint Land Use Study (JLUS), funded by the Department of Defense, Office of Economic Adjustment (DoD, OEA) in conjunction with Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), the cities of Camarillo, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, the County of Ventura and other interested parties.
