The City of Belleville, Illinois is seeking qualified consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive plan. The last comprehensive plan was completed in 1999 (known as the 2000-2020 Comprehensive Plan). Since the adoption of the 2000-2020 plan, Belleville has seen many changes. With the opportunities and challenges that exist as the City faces its 200th anniversary, this comprehensive plan could be the most important in Belleville's history.
