On 15th Street, the MPO’s concerns are primarily easing access and reducing delays for traffic from adjoining and intersecting side roads and creating a more pedestrian and bicycle friendly corridor. The MPO’s concerns for 21st Street are to create a more pedestrian and bicyclist friendly corridor and to plan for increasing motorized traffic numbers on both 21st Street and the intersecting streets and driveways.
