The west side of the Casper area near the intersection of SW Wyoming Boulevard and CY Avenue has seen a large amount of commercial growth in recent years. A new elementary school is located just north of West 38th Street and east of Wolf Creek Road. This facility has created increased traffic on Wolf Creek Road as motorists use it for access to CY Avenue.
