Salisbury, Maryland is accepting proposals from developers interested in acquiring and developing downtown riverfront properties presently owned by the City. Interested developers, supported by sound urban planning and/or architectural consulting, should include documentation of their proposed uses, development concepts, and financial viability by March 15, 2013.
