APA President Delivers Keynote Address at Virginia Chapter Conference

APA President Mitch Silver, AICP, will deliver the keynote address entitled, "The Value of Planning in the 21st Century," at APA's Virginia Chapter conference on July 20, 2011. He also will speak at the Diversity Summit on July 21, addressing what the current demographic changes in the country mean for the planning profession.

"Our chapter membership is pleased to have Mitch speak at our annual conference," said Earl Anderson, AICP, vice president of chapter affairs. "We look forward to hearing his insights about the profession as well as the great opportunities ahead for planning."

The APA Virginia Chapter conference runs July 20–23, at the Wintergreen Resort located in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains, near Staunton and Waynesboro, Virginia.
