Hotel Reservations
The APA Housing Bureau will handle all reservations. Reduced conference rates are available. You may make your reservations by phone, fax, mail, or online as outlined below. Hotel rooms are blocked and conference sessions will be held at Paris Las Vegas and Bally's Las Vegas.
International Attendees
Travelers coming to the U.S. for tourism or business for 90 days or less from qualified countries may be eligible to visit the U.S. without a visa.
Air Travel
Save by flying United, the official conference airline. Book early to take advantage of promotional fares that give you the greatest discount.
Ground Travel
Get information on ground transportation from McCarran International Airport, as well as the Las Vegas Monorail, public transportation, Amtrak, and car rentals.
