Diana Mendes, AICP, directs strategic investments for transportation at AECOM, a global professional services company. For 25 years, she has focused on putting eco-friendly transportation in place for more livable, vital communities. A frequent speaker on transportation topics, she teaches at Rutgers University's National Transit Institute and helped write APA's Advanced Specialty Certification exam for transportation planners.
