Table 2g shows how 136 respondents who have worked, or currently work, in the Atlantic Northeast coastal region rated their personal proficiency in the use of geospatial technology. More than 98% of respondents have at least an introductory level of proficiency; nearly 62% have at least an intermediate level of proficiency. However, less than 5% of respondents consider themselves to be geospatial technology experts.

Nearly 87% responded that their organizations use geospatial technology at least occasionally; More than 65% indicated at least frequent use by their organizations. Less than 2% of respondents reported their organizations never use geospatial technology.
