Barclays Center Transportation Demand Management Plan

The new Barclays Center arena, home to the NBA’s New York Nets, is located on the edge of downtown Brooklyn—near one of New York’s largest subway hubs and a Long Island Railroad terminal. Yet despite its transit-rich location and limited parking, a portion of fans still drive to the venue. This poster will describe the transportation demand management plan devised to address this challenge and explore how it has succeeded in meeting its primary goals.
