Bio: Toni Marie Pignatelli is an aspiring urban planner who has worked as a community educator, advocating for affordable housing, experiential learning in higher education, and food accessibility. She currently works in the field of climate change adaptation planning and recently completed work on a climate change adaptation chapter that will be included in the town of Marshfield, Massachusetts' comprehensive plan. Toni Marie is employed by the Social and Environmental Research Institute (SERI), where she uses dialogue-based participatory vulnerability analysis, mapping, and collaborative systems dynamic modeling to explore the impacts of climate change on Atlantic fishing communities.
