Brian specializes in developing comprehensive packages of context-sensitive parking policy reforms and transportation demand management strategies for cities, academic institutions, and private clients to both improve transportation choices for residents, employees, students, and visitors, and promote economic development.

Bio: Greg Sandlund has worked as a professional planner for seven years with the City of Sacramento and is primarily responsible for developing and implementing zoning code amendments that facilitate sustainable, urban growth. He recently was project manager of the Zoning Code Parking Update, which modernized the City's parking requirements to consider density, mix of uses, walkability, access to transit, and other alternative modes of transportation. He has also managed the Northeast Line Implementation Plan which guided the reinvestment, redevelopment, and revitalization of a commercial corridor that includes three light rail stations.

Bio: Mr. Pace heads advanced planning for the City of Sacramento and is responsible for the adoption and implementation of the Sacramento 2030 General Plan. He is the principal in charge of the City’s zoning code update, the 2035 General Plan update, and the Sacramento Center for Innovation Specific Plan. Prior to heading the Long Range Planning section, Mr. Pace was a Senior Planner in charge of a development review team for current planning projects in the southern portion of Sacramento, and prior to that, he worked on major development projects in the north area of the City.
