Bio: Bill Spikowski, FAICP, has operated the nationally recognized consulting firm Spikowski Planning Associates since 1992. His firm specializes in innovative comprehensive planning, community and redevelopment plans, and land development codes, primarily for public agencies and community organizations. Prior to his consulting career, Bill served Lee County (FL) government as principal planner and director of growth management.
