Bio: Aaron Ogle is a software developer at OpenPlans, a non-profit dedicated to using technology and the web to help make cities better, particularly around urban planning and community engagement. He was previously an inaugural Code for America fellow with the city of Philadelphia.

Bio: Derek Eder has been building websites in Chicago since 2005. He is the owner of DataMade, LLC, an open government and open data web consulting company, co-founder of Open City, a collective that makes civic apps with open data, and organizer for OpenGov Chicago, a monthly Meetup group that promotes open data and open government in Chicago and Cook County.

Bio: Alicia Rouault is Co-Founder and CEO of LocalData, a civic startup simplifying place-based data collection and visualization. A winner of the 2012 Knight News Challenge, Rouault has worked on the design and creation of digital tools to address issues in urban planning and civic technology. Rouault was a 2012 Code for America Fellow with the Bing Administration for the City of Detroit, and Assistant Editor of the online publication, Urban Omnibus. Rouault has also worked in economic and community development with the SF Office of Economic & Workforce Development, City of Newark’s Division of Planning & Economic Development, Pratt Center for Community Development and Citizens Committee for NYC.
Education: Alicia holds a dual B.A. in Political Science; Ethics, Society & Law from the University of Toronto and has studied planning at the Masters level at Pratt Institute and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
