Bio: Brian Connolly is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where he focused his studies on legal issues related to land use and development. Prior to attending law school, Connolly worked as a research planner for Westchester County, New York, conducting socioeconomic research and authoring reports on regional land use patterns and economic development issues. In April 2013, Connolly will join Otten Johnson Robinson Neff & Ragonetti, P.C., a Denver, Colorado law firm, as an associate, where he will practice with the firm's land use group.

Bio: Aaron has 14 years of experience in the planning profession, most within the Chicago area. Currently Aaron is the Development Manager for the Village of Lincolnwood, an inner ring northern suburb of Chicago, where he is the Zoning Officer and liaison to the Village Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. In this capacity, Aaron manages the zoning and building permit process for the Village and recently guided changes to the Village’s zoning code for group homes, including a lengthy public hearing process. Prior to practicing in Lincolnwood, Aaron served as Village Planner for the southwest Chicago suburb of Burr Ridge and he has also served as Zoning Administrator for American Tower Corporation.
