Bio: Program Manager at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for the San Francisco Bay Area Regional Prosperity Plan Project funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through its Sustainable Communities Partnership Program (2012-Current). Public Health Planning Specialist at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) for the Communities Putting Prevention to Work Project funded by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Education: Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. Bachelors of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, India.

Bio: Philip Trom, AICP works for the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) as a senior transportation planner. His work with SANDAG involves managing the long-range Regional Plan. He has previously worked for transportation consulting firms in the Bay Area and San Diego as a transportation planner specializing in traffic impact studies, circulation elements and ped/bike plans. He has also served as an instructor for traffic impact study workshops.
