Bio: Mr. Groene has worked as a "neighborhood activist" for the past 15 years with Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago, Inc. using the lending and counseling tools of NHS to help families buy, fix or keep their homes out of foreclosure to support and engage residents in neighborhood revitalization. He has served as Neighborhood Director for NHS in the Back of the Yards community, as Associate Director for the Neighborhood Strategy Division for NHS, and for the last two years as NHS Neighborhood Director for the West Humboldt community. Before joining NHS, Mr. Groene served in the U.S. Peace Corps for 4 years in Paraguay and Uruguay working with Savings and Loan Cooperatives.

As Director of Organizational Development, Ms. Druback-Celaya oversees the agency's community development initiatives, strategic planning, and community and donor relations.
Education: Ms. Druback-Celaya has a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School - Milano School of Management and Urban Policy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from Vassar College.

Bio: As a Management Consultant with the NeighborWorks America Stable Communities Initiative, Paul Singh works with national and local partners to stabilize and revitalize communities struggling with the negative effects of the foreclosure crisis. Prior to joining NeighborWorks in February 2012, Mr. Singh was a Program Officer at LISC where he supported the Building Sustainable Communities strategy and managed multiple programs delivering technical assistance and training to community development corporations. Mr. Singh got his start in community development at Historic Saint Paul, a community development corporation in his hometown of St. Paul, Minnesota. He has a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota and an undergraduate degree from Macalester College.
