Bio: Founder and currently Chairperson of the Coalition for a Better Chinese American Community (CBCAC), a coalition of major organizations in Chicago's Chinese American Community to advance the community's agenda on social and economic development and political empowerment. From the '70s to the '90's have held these positions: Chairman of Asian American Coalition of Chicago; President and Chairman of the Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce; and Founder and Chairman of Chinese American Service League (CASL), Midwest 's largest Asian American Social Service agency. From the mid '80s to the '00s, entrepreneur and business executive with nationwide marketing experience, including as President of Pioneer Group of Seafood Companies with Multi-operations across North America. From the '70s through the '80s, Director of Psychiatric Social Work at Cook County Hospital; and private consultation service to public and private organizations.
