Bio: Matthew Goebel, AICP, is a planner and attorney, and a Director in the Denver office of Clarion Associates. He works principally in the areas of planning and zoning, growth management, and historic preservation. His projects have included numerous development codes and growth management plans for a variety of large and small jurisdictions around the country.
