The National Association of Counties (NACo) is hosting a webinar on Wednesday, October 31, to highlight the role county planning can play in addressing affordable housing challenges. The webinar coincides with the last day of National Community Planning Month, which this year has a theme of housing as community infrastructure.
The 60-minute webinar will discuss tools available to county governments and include case studies from Buncombe County, North Carolina, and Grand County, Utah.

Addressing housing affordability is a key component of APA's organizational-wide initiative called Planning Home and recognizes the importance of working with national partners. Through Planning Home, APA aims to reshape the way planners, elected officials, decision makers, advocates, and the public use planning to address our national housing affordability challenge.
