This session was very thoughtfully organized to offer examples of resilience planning at the municipal, county, regional, and state scales. This could be expanded into a much longer session--the speakers were leaders in their work. Excellent

Dr. Fan put me in the shoes of people who depend on transportation. She also had the quantitative backup to help make sense and improve planning for all users of transportation resources. Please seek out her publications.
