Where do you see yourself in five years? Have you been asked this question as a job candidate and been left to consider this question on your own as an employee? Do you have serious ambitious but wonder how you are going to achieve them? This session will feature a facilitated group session with five mid-career planners with diverse professional backgrounds who will guide participants through conversations intended to provide structure to their career goals using the GROW model. Within their groups, participants can share work experiences, brainstorm alongside others, and uncover resources available to assist them with their professional development.
