The Planning Management Institute (PMI) provides an intensive, interactive developmental opportunity for people who manage, or will soon manage a public or private-sector planning department. This practical, lively, hands-on workshop has become a unique, once-a-year opportunity to network with peers and learn best practices from a team of experts with national reputations. Participants will learn how to take their management practice to a deeper level, exploring topics ranging from coaching to conflict resolution, organizational politics, managing change and others. Led by a seasoned leadership facilitator with over 300 clients nationwide and a distinguished faculty of highly accomplished senior-level planning managers.
