Manage your session in four easy steps

  1. Click on the session you would like to manage.
  2. If you haven't done so already, officially invite your speakers using APA's online management system.
  3. Submit your session audiovisual requests.
  4. Download the organizer handbook for more tips and tricks.

Update your My APA Profile and ensure that all of your speakers have confirmed their participation.

NPC Toolkit

We know you are looking forward to attending NPC17 in May, and that you want to encourage your members and non-member colleagues to attend as well. To assist you, APA developed a suite of NPC17 communication and marketing tools that you are welcome to use for conference outreach.

These free resources include small and large display ads for your website or e-newsletter, customizable emails of varying lengths, images and brief messages to post on social media, and illustrated document templates just waiting for you to add customized content. Conference Speaker Policies

Every session, discussion, deep dive, or poster must include at least one APA member.

All moderators and speakers must be registered for the conference.

As a professional courtesy. speakers are encouraged to speak in no more than two education events (sessions, mobile workshops, discussions, etc.)

All speakers must pre-load their PowerPoint files using the pre-conference portal or on site in the Speaker Ready room. You will not be pernmitted to load your presentation directly on the computer located in your session room.

Speakers meet up with your fellow speakers, grab a beverage, network, and relax.  As in prior years, this is also the location where you can load and view your final presentation.
