Manage your session in four easy steps
- Click on the session you would like to manage.
- If you haven't done so already, officially invite your speakers using APA's online management system.
- Submit your session audiovisual requests.
- Download the organizer handbook for more tips and tricks.
Update your My APA Profile and ensure that all of your speakers have confirmed their participation.
I'm a Speaker
Managing your participation is easy!
APA will send you a linkto confirm your participation in each session that you are invited to speak.
Speaker tip: Be sure your email system is set up to accept messages from email@example.com.
Once you have confirmed your participation, update your My APA Profile and provide your permission to record and share your session.

Conference Speaker Policies
Every session, discussion, deep dive, or poster must include at least one APA member.
All moderators and speakers must be registered for the conference.
As a professional courtesy. speakers are encouraged to speak in no more than two education events (sessions, mobile workshops, discussions, etc.)
All speakers must pre-load their PowerPoint files using the pre-conference portal or on site in the Speaker Ready room. You will not be pernmitted to load your presentation directly on the computer located in your session room.

Friday, May 5 | 1–5 p.m.
Saturday, May 6 | 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday, May 7 | 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Monday, May 8 | 6:45 a.m.–5 p.m.
Tuesday, May 9 | 7 a.m.– noon
