Corridor Specific Plan and EIR

City of Berkeley

Berkeley, CA

UPDATE: the deadline for submissions has been extended by one week to February 28th, 2017.

The City of Berkeley is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms or individuals to prepare a Specific Plan and related environmental review documents for the Adeline Street Corridor.

This is the final stage of a planning process that has been underway for two years. A substantial amount of work has been completed — as such, the consultant's primary role will be to complete appropriate planning and environmental documents, building on work that has already been completed. As described in greater detail below in section II.

Scope of Services, individuals and firms responding to this RFP may submit a proposal for one or both of the project components to: 1) Develop a Specific Plan and/or 2) Conduct CEQA Review and Prepare Associated Environmental Document(s).

As a Request for Proposal (RFP) this is not an invitation to bid and although price is very important, other factors will be taken into consideration.
