Developer looking for a Planner (preferably a sole practitioner) to work with the change of zoning of a track of land in cities North of Texas (Coppell, Carrollton, Lewisville, The Colony, Frisco among others).

Requirements:

Effective communication skills, Ability to handle conflict resolution and work under pressure, Persuasive, Proactive, Organized, Responsible, Decision-Maker, Team-Worker, Bilingual (Spanish and English).

• Prepare application for change of zoning.
• Study the neighborhood and justify the request.
• Make recommendations and comments on residential designs.
• Conduct the meeting with the City.
• Present the project before the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council.
