The Sarasota Bayfront Planning Organization, Inc. seeks to engage a team of best-in-class consultants to create a comprehensive master plan for a City of Sarasota-owned 42-acre site on the bayfront of Sarasota, Florida.

The site is located near the heart of Downtown Sarasota, an increasingly walkable and vibrant district anchored by numerous performing arts and cultural institutions. The site presents a truly unique opportunity to create an iconic, dynamic, and accessible open space and cultural destination in one of the most promising underdeveloped waterfront districts in the United States.

The master plan will be advanced in accordance with a vision statement and implementation principles developed through an extensive public outreach process.
