The City of Hartford is requesting proposals from qualified developers or joint ventures (the Proposer) for the redevelopment of two City-owned land assemblages located at the northwest and southwest corners of the Park Street and Main Street intersection.

At minimum, proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall include redevelopment of Parcel A in its entirety. The submission of redevelopment proposals for Parcel B is optional. It is the intent of the city to select one Proposer as the Preferred Developer who will be responsible for the site(s) redevelopment (the Project).
