The County of Suffolk, acting through its duly constituted Suffolk County Department of Economic Development and Planning and in partnership with the Town of Islip invites responses from qualified Master Developers for the development of municipally owned parcels located immediately south of the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road train station. Developers must submit responses that clearly demonstrate their concepts, experience, and capability to develop the parcels consistent with the community vision and goals as more specifically set forth in the RFQ.
