Transit Integration and Efficiency Study

The Sonoma County Transportation Authority (SCTA) invites proposals from qualified consultants for professional services to develop the 2018 Transit Integration and Efficiency Study for Bus Transit Operators in Sonoma County. The Request for Proposals is posted online at http://scta.ca.gov/fAm7s
The study includes the following individual objectives:
- Analysis of existing bus service and schedules countywide;
- Review of assets, finances, technology systems, labor force, fixed-route, paratransit, customer service and marketing, governance and coordination;
- Identification of opportunities for greater efficiencies in bus service;
- Development of matrix of options for integration and recommendations; and
- Public outreach and stakeholder engagement.
Proposals must be submitted at or before 5:00 p.m. on May 22, 2018.
Pre-Proposal Meeting: 1:30 PM on May 9, 2018 at the SCTA, 490 Mendocino Avenue, Suite 206, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.
Deadline for Questions: 5:00 PM on May 4, 2018 by email to the SCTA Project Lead. Responses will be issued during the pre-proposal meeting and posted online immediately following the pre-proposal meeting. It is the consultant's responsibility to ensure that all materials are received.
Proposals Due: 5:00 PM on May 22, 2018. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
