Provide professional Environmental services as required for renovating two office buildings in Sacramento as part of the statewide State Project Infrastructure Fund (SPIF). These projects, described below, will be delivered through design-build.

Jesse Unruh Building: Rehabilitate the Historic Jesse Unruh Building (approx. 164,000 gsf).

Gregory Bateson Building: Rehabilitate the 4-story Building (approx. 293,000 gsf).
DGS is seeking qualified firms to provide professional services and prepare environmental documents and studies as required to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Public Resources Code (PRC) §§ 5024 and 5024.5, and all other relevant environmental laws and regulations, as an environmental consultant for these projects. The firm(s) shall provide a wide range of expertise in environmental studies, architectural history, assessments and evaluations, and documentation.
