Development of Transportation Program Strategic Plan and Existing Plan Maintenance, Updates and Support for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Metropolitan Planning Organization

Notice is hereby given that the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA), organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is seeking qualifications from firms for the development of a Transportation Program Strategic Plan for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Metropolitan Planning Organization and “Consulting Services.” The Consulting Services will be on-call, as-needed for a wide range of support services related to transportation planning, with particular attention to maintenance, updates and support for existing plans.

All proposals must be received at the NEPA offices no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on October 22, 2018. Responses are encouraged from firms qualified as small businesses or certified Minority/Woman/Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. NEPA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
