Joint Land Use Study

The Town of Kittery is accepting sealed bids for the Town of Kittery and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Joint Land Use Study (JLUS). The intent and purpose of the JLUS is to produce a cooperative land use planning document. The JLUS will be focused around PNSY and the Kittery Region, addressing transportation, housing, land use and other issues related to the shipyard and surrounding region.

Each bid shall be submitted to the Town Manager's Office at Town Hall, located at 200 Rogers Road in Kittery, ME, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “KITTERY JLUS IFB” on the outside. Electronic format of bids will not be accepted. Responses received will be opened on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 4:00 PM at Town Hall.

Questions pertaining to general information regarding the project and/or interpretation of specifications during the bidding period shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone.
