RFQ NO. 2018-10 (Group D)

One or more qualified consultant teams may be selected to provide technical support for the Area Development Plan update process, as well as for subsequent implementation of initiatives and projects identified in the adopted plans. The selected firm/s will provide landscape architecture and rendering, architectural design and rendering, civil engineering, environmental engineering/science, and/or transportation engineering/planning professional services to assist in developing strategies for land use and infrastructure projects as well as programmatic solutions. Technical support is needed to provide preliminary assessments of potential mitigations and/or remedies to issues identified during the Area Development Plan update process. The analysis will focus on identification of efficient and sustainable solutions by providing a preliminary lifecycle cost-benefit analysis.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting with interested Respondents to discuss the requirements of this RFQ will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers on Monday, November 12, 2018, at 10:00 AM. Although not mandatory, persons who are interested and any Respondents are greatly encouraged to attend this meeting. Information provided at this meeting will be posted on Civcast within five (5) working days of the meeting at www.civcastusa.com.

AE Firms and the public can view projects and access documents through this site. All questions and answers will be addressed on the CivCast site along with the release of addenda and other documents.
