RFP for Planning Services for the updating the Twin Falls County Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance.

The Twin Falls County Planning & Zoning Commission is seeking a qualified consultant team with expertise in community planning and design to assist in the update of the Twin Falls County Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance. Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance updates will include but not be limited to: updating the Comprehensive Plan, Title 8 and Title 10 of the Twin Falls County Code.

The Twin Falls County may require additional assistance with review of integration of revised codes and sections into the other areas of the Twin Falls County Code.

Scope of Services

Twin Falls County is seeking technical support from a consultant with expertise in community planning and design to update the 2008 Comprehensive Plan. The selected consultant will assist Twin Falls County with updating the 2008 Comprehensive Plan including creating the future land use map. Additionally, Twin Falls County is seeking technical support in updating the Twin Falls County zoning ordinances to be consistent with the revised Comprehensive Plan.
