Provide professional Environmental services as required to prepare environmental studies and documents in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), TRPA, and other state and federal agencies for fuels reduction, forest restoration, and watershed enhancement project(s) in this Project area. The selected firm will work with the project team to develop the Proposed Action during the fall of 2019, with formal scoping scheduled for January 2020, followed by preparing an environmental review document to comply with CEQA, NEPA, TRPA Compact A and other applicable regulatory requirements.
