The Town of Mammoth Lakes (Town) is excited to issue this Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) for development of affordable housing on the 25-acre vacant site known as The Parcel, located in the center of Mammoth Lakes, California.

The key objective of this RFQ process is to identify the Development Team consisting of one or more Developers that will be the best fit to partner with the Town to develop The Parcel in our vision of a sustainable, thriving, affordable housing community serving the year-round residents of Mammoth Lakes. The Town will be a partner throughout this project and will provide oversight, but will rely to a great extent on the successful Developer's professional experience and qualifications for critical items including, but not limited to final detailed planning, design, financing/funding, construction and ongoing asset management.

Please note the milestone dates in the RFQ — a pre-submittal conference is scheduled in Mammoth Lakes on November 21.
