The City of Oakdale is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide final design and construction administration services for improvements at three existing parks — Tanners Lake Park, Tower Park, and Golfview Park.

Prospective responders may direct inquiries/questions via email (no oral questions will be entertained) to Hannah Dunn, Community Development Specialist, at hannah.dunn@oakdalemn.gov. Submit questions no later than 4:00 PM Central Time on November 5, 2025. Responses to the questions will be posted by 4:00 PM Central Time on November 7, 2025 on the City's website at https://www.oakdalemn.gov/1055/RFP-for-2026-Park-Improvement-Project-Se.

Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM Central Time on November 24, 2025. Submit a PDF copy of the proposal by email to Hannah Dunn at hannah.dunn@oakdalemn.gov.
